These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WebsiteFeedback.ca ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

WebsiteFeedback.ca is a web proxy and comment overlay tool. It fetches publicly accessible web pages on your behalf, displays them in your browser, and lets you pin comments at specific locations on the page. Comments are visible to other users reviewing the same page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for any comments or content you submit through the Service. By posting a comment, you represent that:

• You have the right to post the content.
• The content does not violate any applicable law or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• The content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Content displayed through the proxy belongs to its respective owners. The Service does not claim ownership of any proxied content. The proxy is provided as a tool for review and feedback purposes only.

You retain ownership of comments you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display those comments to other users of the Service.

5. Proxy Limitations

The web proxy may not render all websites correctly. Some sites may block proxy requests, use technologies incompatible with the proxy, or display differently than the original. We do not guarantee accurate rendering of any third-party website.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Access content you are not authorized to view.
• Circumvent paywalls, authentication, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from proxied websites at scale.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Post content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebsiteFeedback.ca and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebsiteFeedback.ca and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
