The Free plan never requires a credit card. Pro and Agency trials include a 14-day free trial period — you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your projects and comments stay exactly where they are. If you do not add a payment method, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. You will never lose your data — you just lose access to the paid features until you upgrade.

Team members are included in each plan — 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 15 on Agency. Each member gets their own login and can leave comments on any project they have access to. Need more seats? Reach out and we will work something out.
